Free Spirit
Leisure Travel Van RVs have been available in the North American market since 1978. The Sprinter conversion has been available since 2003.
For a decade the Free Spirit was a staple of the Sprinter RV industry, discernible from others with the high window in the bath. For the 10 year anniversary in 2013 the coach was completely redesigned. The new Free Spirit features a first in the US slide in a van conversion. This amazing feature has the same lines as the original van so when closed cannot be told that it is a slide. The slide is directly behind the driver and contains a sofa/bed that folds out to 54" x 80". Because it is in a slide the bed can still be walked around even with the side door closed. The side door also features a full opening screen to allow air but no bugs in. With the sofa made up and the slide out there is a large open living area below the opening skylight. Further back the kitchen features traditional glass lid covered sink and stove, opposite a wall of cabinets and drawers. At the back the bath is similar to the MB Cruiser with a full shower on one side and a dry toilet on the other all in front of a rear accessible storage system.

Floor Plans
The LTV Free Spirit came in the following floorplans:
210A - With the refrigerator and wardrobe on the passenger side. 2003-2006
210B - With the high items in line with the bathroom so as not to block the drivers view when changing lanes. 2004-2007
210B 3S - Adds a 3rd belted seat instead of some storage in the side door, can be used as a bed. 2005-2007
All of these models are available with a rear sofa instead of dinette.
A trunk is located where the spare would normally be, accessible via removing a plate in the floor below the rear sofa.
In 2008 the newly re-designed Sprinter got a new single floor plan, like the 210B with rear sofa.
Unlike the Pleasure-Way and others that put the bath directly behind the driver, the Free Spirit leaves "just enough" space to lean back or slide back the driver's seat for comfort if you are over six feet.
2013 saw the launch of the Sprinter RV industry's first full slide in a Class B.
