Remove and Replace a side window

My right back side T-style window works well up to about 80 degrees for air pass-through. Further, it seems to work better for the front than some parts of the back of the van. Over 80 and if humid, the window needs to be closed to permit the AC to do its job (I have front and rear AC on a single compressor - the style for 2002-some 2003s).

A continuing problem has been the screen. The kids like hanging their arms out the window (at least it is not their heads); and the screen gets beat up because of my packing:

Now the screen pops off its rails more often then before.

The window itself has been fine - no leaks, the latch has not loosened or broken as was reported to be a problem, the slider slides nicely, no rattles have started up, the tinting is not a film thus no scratches. I am very happy with the investment.
