Stopped by for a couple of cases of oil while on the road. $8/qt for Mobil 1 ESP not a bd deal from the dealer. Paid too much for a filter and air filter relative to on line, but not too bad. I didn't get the greatest sense that they really knew much in the parts dept, and can't comment on the service dept.

Lots of Sprinters new and used on the lot, including a couple of RV conversions,, a Airstream and something else (new,, from $790/month!). If nothing else, it is nice to see the dealer network expand. I as at Freightliner of Bangor earlier to buy oil, and he said the oil they sold was fine for Sprinters ( even though it didn't meet the spec!). When I mentioned that, he said, well, "we don't sell sprinters!". D- for attitude!

Needed front brake pads and rotors for my 2006. They checked my vin# to make sure the parts they had in stock would be correct. A pleasant professional experience.

Worst experience of any service center. They even have been given a second and third chance to change my mind since i was having trouble finding someone local with a lift for a sprinter. First off was classic dealership telling me my wipers needed replacing because the spray nozzle was not accurately hitting the windshield. I then decided an easy zip tie would be an instant fix but was told it was not sufficiently holding the nozzle on. Instead I was forced to purchase the new part ( a clip that by no means is more sufficient in its holding ability than the zip tie) anyway, state police inspection division confirmed that was completely false. Another was the time I scheduled my bakes to be fixed because it was an issue I knew needed to be handled before my inspection. I informed them of this and said I would like the inspection done as well. I came in and waited hours before I was told that I had failed inspection and now needed a brake job that would be scheduled for another day. Couldn’t get me a loaner ever. Sometimes would use the local rental car agency to act like they were doing me some favor. Certain things that I have later diagnosed myself we’re not able to be replicated ever in the shop so they couldn't ever fix anything until there was a major problem that could be blamed on wear etc. if anyone would like more info just let me know. Also, latest news is that I need this years inspection and In October I was told they couldn’t get me in until January. For an inspection!!!! Needless to say in all of my service center experiences at both dealers and local shops from Saab, Subaru, Toyota, Ford, Jeep, Nissan, Honda, GMC, Land Rover, Dodge and Volvo have I never had worse experiences.

Any place that works on trucks should do it Make sure they don't do a commercial inspection as it's much more expensive.
Check with the quick change oil places also They have pits rather than lifts.
