'08 sprinter 2500 needed a new transmission. I also asked them to install the tow module and the wiring needed for a trailer and 7 pin plug. My sprinter came from ryder and did not have a towing module and didn't have any of the wiring either.
After 5 weeks they still have yet to successfully complete this task. I got it back after over 4 weeks of work and the turnsignals did not work at the trailer plug.
After 7 weeks of waiting for Fyda Freightliner to figure out how to make trailer wiring work on a sprinter, I gave up, paid them for the job that wasn't done right, and took it over to Audio Sensations in Mason. I had to wait 2 extra days to get it to Audio Sensations since Fyda was unable to locate the key to my Sprinter when I showed up on a Saturday and the f---ing idiots made me wait until Monday to get it
Audio Sensations are a custom stereo shop, but they are actually quite good with Sprinters. I know this sounds kinda hard to believe, but they really are. After 36 hours of clock time (not shop time, clock time), they completed what Fyda couldn't do in roughly 2 months. I thought that they did a good enough job on it, that I took it back later for a window tint and a custom LED light install in the main cargo bay, which has worked flawlessly for years.
I have also received VERY good service from MB in Ft. Mitchell. They do an excellent job on Sprinters and they will be my Sprinter business from now on.
Thumbs up for Audio Sensations and MB Ft. Mitchell, and thumbs down for Fyda Cincinnati
