Stedi and Narva make a LED replacement for the H7 globes, I'm in the process of buying them and replacing all the lights in my 2015 NCV3 with LEDS.
The problem is the heatsink either sticking in or out of the dust cover of the headlights.

I installed Beamtech LEDs in Frito a month ago, replacing a several years old set of other LEDs. The heat sink/fan combo looked too big for the dust covers, but they fit fine. Despite record ambient temps in BC recently, they’ve not failed. They are bright, but offer poor control for offending oncoming traffic. I very, very seldom drive at night.
