How hard was it to put the slight bend on the vertical L Track?

It’s the adventure wagon sub frame with all the rivnuts that allow for the curve

It looks like you are using 5/8" ply for the carcass and solid face framing?
Have you been weighting things as you add them to your van?
I went with 1/2" baltic birch for the cabinets, reinforcing with a double ply where needed.
Despite that, the build is really taking on weight.
It sure helps when building a van if you are proficient in cabinet making.

already have a plan for new shocks and leaf spring helper
Working with it was great, Build is still in work so can’t really give a good opinion yet.
