Upgrading front bumper with stock OE fog lights? 2020 Freightliner

Has anyone upgraded their front end with OE bumper and fog lights. Mine has sensors now, but no fog lights. Would like to keep the OE look, and just switch the bumper to a bumper with OE fog light holes and those lights. Certainly mechanically it would seem like one on, and one off...but electrically the switch is there but has any ventured into the electrical? Thanks!

My understanding is that it's a different wiring harness as well. The switch I think you may be referring to, at least on mine, operates the rear "European style" fog light. I had a look under my bumper and can't see any wiring that would connect to the fog lights that has not been. I too am interested in adding factory or even just factory switched fog lights to my van.
