I bought my 2011 Sprinter from MB of NO in September and must say that they are the best dealership I've every dealt with for a Sprinter. Bob and Jerry in Sprinter sale were friendly, knowledgeable, ad fair. Mary in service helpful and caring. Steve and Hans the Sprinter mechanics have done a good job.

Back in 2006 when my Pleasure way motor home was 1 month old, I went there to get my first oil change and the engine light was on. The odometer showed about 15k kilometers (9000miles), they would not do any work under waranty as I was out of warranty by both to many miles before the first oil change and the van was from Canada, and it's warranty was no good in the USA. They where wrong on both counts. But here I was 3500 miles from home with my family and a brand new $100k vehicle. But every thing got fixed by a dealer just north west of Columbus OH. near Marysville.

Sprinter of N. Olmsted wasn't open up until 2010. You must have gone to the Dodge dealer who were horrible. MB of N.Olmsted Sprinter department is the best I have ever dealt with.

I bought my 2015 3500 from Jerry Greene of N Olmsted. Really nice guy. They also will wash my van once a month for FREE.

I agree I bought my Sprinter from Mercedes Benz of Sarasota, and they didn't know jack about Sprinters. Sprinter of N. Olmsted is a dedicated Sprinter facility, with their own parts department, and everyone is knowledgeable about Sprinters. I highly recommend Sprinter of N. Olmsted.

NO LONGER RECOMMEND for SERVICE!!!!

Their Service Department use to have fairly reasonable prices (for a Mercedes Dealer). I believe this was because they focus only on Sprinters and had a Service Manager who understood that they could make more money by keeping prices reasonable and getting many fleet contracts. They have a new Service Manager and their prices are now standard Mercedes stupid. I just checked what the want for a transmission only service and was quoted $960, twice what it was before. So, I decided it was time to start doing them myself. So, I put the vehicle up on ramps and went underneath the vehicle only to find that one of the 6 bolts that hold on the transmission pan was missing. So, I went into the dealership to talk to the Service Manger. Stated that I had my transmission serviced twice at 40K and 80K and that the pan bolt was missing. He asked how many miles were on it I said 120K, he's like the last time you brought it in was a year and a half ago. I'm like yes for the 80K mile service. The transmission service interval is 40K miles. He's like well what do you want me to do about it. Give you an new bolt. I said yes, and a new pan clip. He said I'll give you a call when it's in stock. No apologies, and acting like ordering me the parts they left off the vehicle the last time they serviced it was a big deal. I can no longer recommend them for Sprinter Service. However, their Sprinter Parts Department is still great. Hopefully, that won't change.

Did you find another shop to go to for any work that you’re unable to do yourself? I do most of my own maintenance on my 04 t1n and have been unable to find a decent shop locally that will work on my Sprinter while trying my best to avoid North Olmsted Mercedes after a few poor experiences. I’m a bit west of Cleveland. Thanks.
