Selling my 2010 Winnebago Era 170R Limited trim camper conversion on a 2008 Sprinter NCV3.

I'm the second owner. Bought it from Dave Arbogast RV in Dayton, Ohio with 38k miles in Jan 2014.
Seven years, and 100k miles later, it is ready for the next 200k miles and more.

Van is mechanically super sound and all RV systems function perfectly. My posts are searchable and anything I've ever asked in this forum is available for review.
Only two significant repairs: replaced driveshaft at 45k miles due to known vibration issue that others with same model year also have. Had steering column electronics fixed because key was not communicating with the electronic module. Work was done by MB dealership.

No leaks.
No collisions.
No accidents of any sort.
20-22 mpg (has GDE tune).
Super regular oil and oil filter changes (Mobil ESP in first few years and now MB approved Mobil low ash oil every 10k) and fuel filter, cabin air, and engine air filters every 20k, all OEM Mahle, or Hengst, from EuropartsSD with all receipts. (also including BOSCH glow plugs bought from EuropartsSD but never replaced, one fuel filter, two oil filters for upcoming 140k service).
Three transmission flushes in my 100k miles of ownership. Next one due at 150k.
Rear differential oil changed at 90K.
Excellent tires (Michelin LTX and Geolander). Full size spare, which does NOT require the smaller lug nuts. Just pull flat tire, and put on spare with the same lug nuts.
Spare tire mounted on swing arm and has chrome cover.
2.5kW Onan Generator has 150 hours on it and works perfectly. Has had oil and filter changed once during my ownership (Had 100 hours when I bought it).
Push button couch folds into queen bed.
Replaced Winnebago roll-down canvas blinds with accordion blinds in 2020 for a more modern look and feel.
Three revolving captains chairs.
Spacious closet behind driver's chair.
17L Propane tank
Two-burner Dometic Propane Stove
3-way Dometic Fridge (propane, 12v, 120v, works perfectly on all three sources)
Atwood Water Heater (never used)
Suburban Forced Air Furnace
Toilet, shower, bathroom sink, and bathroom exhaust fan.
Outside shower.
Manual awning (only used twice)
Galley sink with new and more durable folding faucet than OEM
Microwave (works on generator or 120v)
XM receiver
Newer Kenwood stereo
Jensen DVD Player (OEM),
22" TV with swing arm mount.
All internal lights switched to LED.
Newer starting and coach batteries.

Decals are fading and peeling after 10-11 years in the sun, but not unsightly.
Some pitting from rocks on hood, fenders, bumpers.
Minor scratches, and imperfections commensurate with age.
