off road tires on the highway

Wrinkledpants

2017 144WB 4x4
I'm still on Cooper ST Maxx at 255/85/16. With a 4x4 at 8k lbs and weekly trips from Denver to the high country, I can honestly say I've never once had a twitch from the van when the roads were bad. It's absolutely incredible. I'm currently at 33 and 38 PSI cold, which is lower than I'd like to run, but they are so quiet at this pressure and way more comfortable. I've been eye balling the AT3's from Toyo, but fearful that going with a less aggressive tire that is wider, and I'll be sacrificing on the winter traction.
