Interesting, as my 2015 Freightliner 2500 doesn't (yet?) show up as being part of the recall.

Did you plunk your VIN into this fella? I think this is for worldwide (German?) builds.

This one's for MBUSA

This one is for Canada

I talked to my dealer this morning, and he was aware of the recall, but didn't think they had published anything meanigful about it yet, when I asked "what's next?".
I suggested he try my VIN in the Canadian MB Recall website, and he got back to me with a "DOH! The customer always knows before we do. It drives me crazy!!!!!!"
I looked at my hoses this morning, and the lower PS return hose has slipped maybe 1/2" at the most.

I had the my 2019 in for some door issues and the Freightliner dealer wasn't aware of the recall. He said is not in the Daimler system.

Try putting your VIN into the appropriate recalls finder in my prior post, and if you're in there, ask your Freightliner dealer to do the same.
It's a steering issue, so it might be worth pursuing?

I received a letter from Mercedes Vans USA for my 2018 V6 passenger van dated December 2020. I haven't taken it in yet but will call for appointment next week.

Still waiting for mine. Almost 2 months now, since the NHTSA recall posting. Not really a problem, since we've descended into a cold snap that may go on for days or weeks or beyond, and I don't plan on using the vehicle any time soon.
