What made you replace it? I've got a new one in a box as well, but the only thing wrong with the one in the vehicle is the shade system. I've thought about just putting the new unit inner frame and shade system, because I think you can still buy the pleated shade and screen system parts, and then I would have an essentially complete spare unit again...

Original plexiglass was cracked and started leaking. Found a new one on eBay a few years ago
The original skylight for the bathroom went into the trash
There are a number of aftermarket skylight that have a fan included and are reasonably priced

If anyone is interested, I have a full (large) skylight assembly that I'm selling, but I was hoping to keep the interior frame with the shade. Pictures available on request.
