Yep.

I did notice that they have an anemometer mounted on the underside. Given that there are no outriggers, it's probably there for a reason.

Interesting concept, but the resale market is limited.

Definitely an oddity. Any guesses as to its intended use? I initially thought loading baggage in aircraft until I poked through the pictures. News coverage of local sports is where my mind went next, but there’s no room for transmitters. Maybe a mobile control tower for a temporary airfield? It definitely cost someone a pretty penny to build and didn’t get a lot of use.
