Power steering not working- PSF turned black

I tried topping up the power steering fluid, and that hasn't helped so far. It was yellowish when I put it in, and now it's black. I did use some very old, non-ATF+4 stuff. Should I drain the try ATF+4 first

Any ATF should work. Top it off and turn lock to lock. Top off if needed.

Bad racks are becoming more and more common. Fluid doesn’t matter as the post above states. Almost any atf or Power steering fluid is fine
