Connection for dc to dc converter

We recently installed four lithium batteries. We need to check all our connections due to an intermittent problem. Should we be looking for the connection at the alternator or at the battery? Thanks

That rather depends upon the nature of the "intermittent problem".

The easy (for us to say) answer to your question is "Yes ... and everywhere in-between".
(such as the inter-battery connections, and anything involving the frame if you're using that as a "conductor")

If it's an NCV3, there's always the infamous Y-cable (battery/starter/alternator .. with embedded fuse) willing to confuse things.

--dick (and that really is what i'd do if i were facing such an issue ... more than one connection can be at fault)
p.s. also pretend that i don't know what a "Great West" is mounted in/on ... T1N? NCV3? VS30? Model year?
