I Purchased a 170" 2500 Cargo 4 x 4 at Park Place Grapevine, TX a month ago. It' 's gone downhill since.
I went to drive it home; engine light came on before I got 6 miles away. So, I took it back and drove home with my wife. They say, "It was a Nox sensor; We fixed it." and delivered it to me 2-days later.
I drive 8 miles light comes on again. Same code Code P2201. I drive it back and get a dirty van as a loner. (The service tech even asked me if it was OK to leave the palate in the back.)
I go back and pick it up a few days later and drive home. No issues. I think it's fixed. WRONG!
Drive 20 miles to pick up a delivery. Engine light comes on P2201 again. They come to pick it up after telling me they don't have any staff to take care of me right now.
The Vehicle had 196 miles when they came to pick it up last.
They try to fix it again and put 50 additional miles on it. It still has the same issue.
Now they have had it two additional weeks with no resolution.
This is my first experience purchasing a Mercedes Benz. Is this really how Mercedes Benz works? I'm even dealing with the sales manager and thought he would be interested in resolving the issue and making a lifetime customer.
Clearly, they do not care about taking care of their customers after a sale!
Has anyone else had similar experiences when buying a Sprinter, or am I an anomaly?
How would you recommend I get this resolved?
