Hey Sprinter not working properly

worked beautifully when I first purchased it, then after getting it back from the dealer I noticed it would respond but not hear my commands.

for example, 'Hey Sprinter', she responds how may I help you but can't hear my voice. I've tried this with my phone plugged into the system and it not plugged in (bluetooth only) with the same results.

has this happened to anyone and is there a fix?

What did they do at the dealer? Sounds like the mic is either disconnected or moved. Your phone has no play in this.

this is a Freightliner 4500, it's Hey Sprinter.

the MB dealer removed the 65mph speed limiter. Is the mic in the windshield area where the camera's are located?

Try Hey mercedes and see what happens

In some Sprinters it's buried in the base of the rear view mirror or the lump of stuff just above the windshield.
(there was a flurry of "what's this thing??" postings a year or so ago ... it was the mic)

If its answering and not acting on further command - check that everything is OK in the voice control settings. In MBUX go to the "settings" menu, then "system", then choose lingatronic. Try toggling on line voice control etc.
