Water pump spitting air

I’ve had my 2007 G24 for 3 years now. It’s been amazing. My water pump however is not pressurizing after the winter draining. I’ve left the pump on for hours and it keeps on struggling to get all the air out of the system.
I’ve bled all the faucets to push out the air.
Is there some trick I’m missing?

Seems to be getting worse. I think I'm gong to replace the water pump and see if that fixes the problem.

You almost certainly have a leak upstream of the water pump. If so, replacing it won't help.

If you have one of the pumps with an input strainer covered by a clear plastic cover, remove the cover and carefully check it for damage. They are very subject to freeze damage, since they tend to accumulate water after you blow out your system. I leave mine open all winter. If yours is broken, they are available and inexpensive.
