Have you hit anything firmly recently?
The T1N airbag system can get into a "crash happening" state if you hit something (bollard, tree, rock) firmly enough, even at slow speeds. If that's been triggered, it would show up with a Sprinter-smart scanner as a change in the "crash state".
A dealer's scanner can clear the flag.
One thing it definitely affects is electric door locking ... both by remote and by dashboard switch (it's so a complicated crash won't prevent rescuers from opening the doors)
I vaguely recall that it may affect cruise control, too.
The other thing to check, of course, is the fuse.
It's a 25 amp fuse on the driver's seat-side panel. Since that panel's layout differs from Sprinter to Sprinter depending upon your option mix, i can't guess which number it would be (consult list on inside of panel cover). On mine, it's number 9.
