Wolo 629 horn replacement issue

just installed this horn to replace the crap one, i conected to the previous horn wire, but the horn sounds bad!!! not a clear sound, any reason, or should i return it? thanks

Here is a video of what a Wolo 619 sounds like at 1:30. If it's making sound then you have it wired correctly. If it doesn't sound like the video then there is something wrong with it, send it back. I installed the Wolo 419 and am very happy with it's sound. I just cut the stock horn off and wired this on. No issues whatsoever.

Try wiring it directly to the battery to eliminate either the wiring or the horn.

It could be a bad horn or possibly that the MB wiring cannot deliver sufficient power.

Had exact same issue, decided to replace stock horn and stay outta trouble. Having a horn like that will motivate me to use it more and get shot.
