engine swap 2002 van 2006 engine

I have a 2006 2.7 van, good powertrain, body is hammered. Found a 2002 van built out into a camper that needs a engine. I was hoping for some insight on doing a engine swap. Is it a pretty straight forward deal? Or is it going to be a wiring electrical nightmare? any insight would be appreciated.
