Has less thank 1000 miles on it. Customer is first time van owner. (Wha..what? You don't say?).

Initial inspection damage noted: Windshield, A and B pillars damaged, Passenger side curtain airbag punctured (did not deploy), Passenger door crumpled, Slider door jammed/wont' open, Forehead and 2nd roof panels damaged.

that impact is at about 6 ft. What drive through has that? I'd blame a sign or something. I've never seen a drive through awning lower than eight ft.
I have cleared the drive through counter with my mirror.

The point of impact is 7'2" high. This is a 4x4 with 265 tires.

Yes the sign is at fault. The sign jumped right in front of a parked van. My dog saw the whole thing, ask him.

Singing: "I fought the sign and ... the sign won!"

I *almost* ran into a little "awning" sticking out from the roof of a coffee kiosk ... it was only sheer luck that i didn't pull in a smidge closer to the service window.
(could'a turned into "shear luck")

Crusin' Coffee in Anacortes: (double-shot Espresso Ice Cream Shakes worth the roof damage...)
