I contacted you via e-mail about wiring a month or so back. I ended up getting some 2009 Audi Q5 seats last week. Hole patterns don’t match up to my Sprinter but they will be mounted on swivels anyway. The comment above regarding the safety of swivels is a really valid point.
Regarding the seat width & swivels - if the pivot point is off center (towards the centerline of the vehicle), they will start to move away from the door as soon as you start rotating them.
I meant to ask if your frames were made out of aluminum. Which alloy? 6061 would give me cause for alarm & 7075 has its own issues.
