So I’ve purchased my third sprinter and we have decided to turn this one into a moto van for our family to travel around to races. So far I have insulated wired installed two 6 volt batteries , inverter lighting . My latest project I installed a diesel heater, during the process I put the power wire on the battery terminal to make sure it turned on and it did . So I put everything back together except for the power wire ( I will install into fuse block under the seat if ican figure it out ) . But here’s my major issue I can’t start the van now , marker light tun on and all the lights in the dash are on except for the glow plug light but literally every other light is on .no other power in the van and key turns but nothing not even a click . Battery shows 12,7 volts I’ve checked all the fuses and they seem fine . Now what ? I need help, figuring this out and I’ve seen so many useful comments on here maybe someone knows what I’ve done . My sprinter is a 2012 170 it’s the cargo series
Thanks

Re: Hi all need help

Check the ground connections.

Check that the tail lights (and brake lights) are not screwed up (bulb twisted incorrectly, something bent).

The 2007 wiring diagrams will be very close to your 2012:

Probably something very simple. Move the gear change to make sure the inhibit switch is not open. The big fuses on the battery terminal, check them and clean the terminals. Eric.
