Selling my fully built out four-season adventure van. The van is located in Colorado but I will be traveling with it over Christmas. Current Mileage is 71,000 and I am asking $92,000.

The attached pdf's will give you a tour of the Van, detail of the buildout, and the original bill of sale from Mercedes so you can see all the options.

Here is a summary of the buildout:
Insulation: 3M Thinsulate SM600L AND Low-E reflective insulation
Sound dampening: FatMat Rattlemax

Walls: constructed of 1/4" Baltic Pine with 1/4" closed cell foam then wrapped with Interweave Walnut tweed fabric

Ceiling: ¾” Tongue & Groove yellow pine.

Floor: ¼” closed cell foam for added insulation, ½” plywood subfloor, and CoreLuxe XD 7mm+pad Driftwood Hickory Engineered Vinyl Plank Flooring

Lighting: 8 LED recessed puck lights in the ceiling. Additional 3 LED lights are mounted above the kitchen on the underside of the upper cabinets.

Fan: MaxxFan Fan-tastic 7350 (10 speed settings, remote, auto-temp setting...)

Heater: Espar Airtronic D2 diesel heater

Kitchen: custom porcelain Continuum sink by MTI plumbed with 12Vdc Shurflo pump. 20 Gallon fresh water tank is by Titan Vans. Stainless steel faucet. Grey water is drained to atmosphere so no need to ever handle or empty. For storage there are 4 drawers and a cabinet with shelves.
Refrigerator: Isotherm Cruise 130 Elegance - 12Vdc, 4.6 cubic foot (130 liters) w/ 6-liter freezer
Overhead cabinets: 60"L x 14"H x 12"D constructed of 3/4" oak plywood. Doors are mounted on adjustable spring hinges.

Bed platform: RB Components 3 piece panel bed system. Removes simply for added interior space. Custom Latex/Memory foam mattress can be included if buyer desires

Dresser & Gear Storage: Beneath the bed is a dresser / gear storage cabinet. From the inside of the van you will access 4 drawers to hold and organize your clothing. From the rear of the van access to 3 large drawers to store gear, each is 4 feet long and mounted on 500lbs locking slides. The bottom drawer has a flush lid so when extended you have a working space and outdoor table.

Bike Tray: Rated to hold up to 1000lbs the bike tray is configured to hold 2 bikes via RockyMount fork mounts.

L-Track is mounted beneath the bed rails on each side of the van for ease of securing gear. L-Track mounted along the floor in the garage to secure the dresser/gear cabinet along with the bike tray.
Additional 12V accessory plugs have been added throughout the van for ease of charging / using electronics.

Headliner shelf above Driver & Passenger seating by RB Components
Roof Rails by Mercedes. Crossbars are by RB Components. Yakima Skybox shown in the pictures is not included in the sale.
