I’ve heard of people doing this. Did you have any rubbing with this tire size?I ended up putting 16 inch rims on my 118 and keeping the tires at 225/75/16 which were much easier to find D/E rated tires for.
Thanks but I’ve already taken a thorough look at this thread and found nothing in it is currently available.See this thread its got a lot of options listed inside it, and is continually updated. (search tool 118 tire, quick finds the thread)

None at all. I've actually got a set of four sprinter sized tires I'd even let you have if you're in the Portland area. They're kinda old but they meet all the specs and have decent tread.I’ve heard of people doing this. Did you have any rubbing with this tire size?
You obviously didn't read it very well. I have the Pirelli Scorpion 235/75/15 and they are still holding up great. Thanks but I’ve already taken a thorough look at this thread and found nothing in it is currently available.
The 108T -rated version (2205 lbs) of that size seems to be going out-of-stock at dealers. You obviously didn't read it very well. I have the Pirelli Scorpion 235/75/15 and they are still holding up great.
