3/11/21: CASE UPDATE -- CONSENT DECREE ENTERED
Good news! The Consent Decree was entered by the court this week. The entry of the Consent Decree starts the 15 day countdown toward the start of Notice and Claims processes which means notices will be sent on March 23, 2021. The claim form will be available on the Settlement Website (www.mbbluetecsettlement.com) with further information about the settlement, as well as updates about the deadline to submit your claim. We anticipate that the settlement website will be up and running by March 23, 2021. Once the website goes live, you can submit your claim there.

This settlement site relates to the US settlement. This thread is about the Canadian lawsuit. As far as I'm aware, they are unrelated, or am I missing something?

Us case people got 3600$ plus reprogramming of ecu plus extended warranty

it just set precedent, Canada will follow accordingly

just like fda, epa etc..

most reports are that Edm reprogram results in minimal change..

note that it applies to all 2.1 and 3.0 bluetec after a certain date.. maybe 2009?

there is a search on the American site that tells u if it applies..
