I have seen a number of threads on R/R trans fluid and cleaning tranmission internals. If after service of the transmission was performed, would it not be advantagious to add an after market filter? I like the filter that uses the Ford oil filter spin-off canister (Fram PH-8a or equiv. I think). While I would stay under the max towing cap. the extra quart of fluid would add some cushion. What micron filtering level to use?
