True, but why would an H350 page show H1 and Staria, but not H350?

Because if you pay attention to the actual URL that comes up when you click on the link, you'll notice that you don't actually go to the H350 page. Rather than give you some kind of error message that the page no longer exists, it takes you to a page showing all current models (apparently in Europe, if the eu in the URL means anything.)

Presumably, that page is for what they make for personal sales. They probably have since seperated their purely commerical vehicles into another page.

I don't get that error message when going to that link. It just goes to this page.
But no worries now, somebody posted the current link here to the H350 page.

I didn't say they give you an error message. I said that instead of giving you an error message, they redirect you to a different page - the one that you've been seeing.

Oh, thanks! Sorry for my mis-read, and thanks for correcting me!

If anyone is curious, I got a chance to ride around in one of these Hyundais while in Vietnam. The front end (b pillar forward) is Mercedes. The windows are the same, they've changed the dash but the instrument panel itself is from a VS30. From the B pillar back it seems to be non Mercedes. The length seems to be somewhere between a 144 and 170. Window cut outs are different, rear door is different. Same same but different.

That would shock me. It’s probably intended to copy, but there are too many hard point engineering differences that would be expensive to accomplish but most people wouldn’t notice. Also, Mercedes has a long standing relationship with Korean competitor Ssangyong that would make it odder still; the Ssangyong Istana is basically an MB100, and their first generation flagship, the Ssangyong/Daewoo Chairman is heavily based on the W124.

Yes, during a recent trip to the Guanacaste Province in Costa Rica, I did note a propensity of Hyundai Sprinter like vans for tourist services.
Hyundai by the way has a large vehicle "parc" penetration in CR with Toyota in both passenger cars and vans .

On two occasions did see some new MB Sprinter minibuses for tourist use running in and out of Liberia airport for hotel clients presumably .
These were all four cylinder diesel variants judging by that "familiar 4 banger exhaust sound" for those of us accustomed to these vans in N/A.

By the way I never saw any T1N vans which were in service some 8 years ago when I was last down there looking at tourist fleets for investment & development.

Still, I did not see any MB service points in the area which probably means repairs and service still have to go to San Jose for dealer service & parts .
Dennis

And of course there is always Toyota its 12 seat passenger van.
