We purchased our 2008 2500 from Sprinter Van City in 2015. They were very accommodating and helpful, followed up on most items on our checklist during the 14 day window for repairs. The only downside was there was a shudder at certain speeds. They replaced the torque converter to no avail. The driveshaft was next, which they replaced with a different used one. Didn't help much really. Assured it was not a problem. 500 miles down the road, the shutter becomes a knocking. $1200 driveshaft later, problem resolved. If I knew then what I know now...
