what size batteries? we just bought a used 2015 platinum ii 241xl dt. Is there another battery location beside the one under the hood? anyone?

I have worked on some other brands of class Cs to add battery capacity.

Batteries can be added to compartments (with reinforcement) under beds, under steps, etc.

Not aware of other location. Has worked great for me. I thought CH shipped current models with Dual Battery in same location.

Super easy, no additional wire configuration needed.

Only other location maybe under queen bed. Would lose one of the pull out drawers next to house 120/12v controller. But, alternator wire run would be long.

Found second battery location in our 2015 Platinum II. Its under the floor on the drivers side.
