Testing my T1N today at the shop on the chassis dyno. I will post some stock and tuned runs later.

We will be writing an EGR off and an EGR duty reduced file, along with raising boost etc.

Stock and a mild power tune with reduced EGR.

Power is at the rear wheels, 6215 ft above sea level with no correction.

NB: it is very difficult to floor the accelerator without initiating a kick down at low revs. Consequently, some variance occurs between runs under about 2600 RPM (where the trans might kick down). Above 2600 the trans will not kick down and you can go WOT.

Try unplugging the 'Kickdown' switch on the accelerator pedal, it is the separate 2 pin plug. Looking at the wiring it is a normally open switch so simply unplugging should work.

Not uncommon. It isn't a big deal, just inconvenient for browsing. We get spoiled because the Sprinter-source attached pictures are limited to small enough file size that they fit within the normal window.

Thanks for providing the information.

Interested, in the egr tune out, without a power tune, for efficiency only.
