2005 Cargo 2500 SHC NA
So I've spent some hours going thru here and the rest of the internet, replacing my shocks.
Sorted out the front...i actually liked the Sachs before they blew out...so have decided on the front replacement with the Bilstein 22-214768 in the OE B4 flavour. (158 long and tall)
Now the rear...i'm either getting the results for the 118' or the dually part numbers...and when I do find the 158 it says passenger van not cargo van...does anybody know the Bilstein part # for the OE equivalent? And why do they call them touring shocks?
I know the 4600 yellow shock part # but if I remember right, the last cargo van I put them on had a rough empty ride...
Changing sources of work so I plan on being empty a fair amount (or carrying a silly 10 lb box) with 2000 lbs at the upper limit...i was happy with the stockers up to 3000 when they worked...
Advice, anyone? Its a cargo van I spend a LOT of time in and I like not being too disturbed by Michigan type roads...thanks
