blown shocks = unintended traction control

I was getting traction control coming on with curves at speed, like the off ramp of a highway or just a windy local road. I knew the shocks were blown and the steering was all over the place when changing lanes on the highway. I changed the shocks and besides the obvious better steering, the traction control problem also went away. Every shock was in bad shape, one so bad it wouldn't even hold itself up out of the vehicle. Just wanted to note as something to check if the traction control suddenly starts acting up.

I had a blown rear shock and it would sometimes feel squirrely going around turns, and some weird feeling bottom outs.
