Is this transmission mount toast?

I'm not sure what they look like new but I'm guessing not like this.

I believe there should be a small gap between the center and the lower bumper. If there isn't, the mount may be worn out?

I might need to go back under and take another look. I have this knocking on the floor that's been bugging me but I don't think this is the issue. Passenger and driver side.

I did see that video. I don't think mine is that bad.
