If you intend to drive it over any of the Cascade passes during the winter months then you might want to have some on hand. I carry these:

You can pick up a set at O'Reilly auto parts stores. The correct stock number for our application is #2323 as verified by the Laclede folks. The spray on foam insulation in the Unity wheel wells pushes us into needing the low profile version.

As I came up over the Snoqualmie Pass yesterday, I thought about all those "chain up" and "chain removal" areas, and said to myself, "No way!" I also tow, so that makes it even harder. But I'm sure if you had to travel in the NW up and over the passes, alichty has the answer. Best of luck!

Do you have to put chains on all 6 wheels on a dually?

Nope - the MB manual says the only wheel to chain is the outside tire in the rear.

I found the answer to my question. Laclede has a section on their site that explains the laws regarding chains for every state except Florida. Florida, apparently, has no chain laws. Here's the link:

I looked at the link you provided for Laclede chains. The chart says for the Unity 215/85R16 tire the model is #2317. You said it was #2323. So I took a tire size of 245/75R16 from the #2323 list and compared the tire sizes. The 215 tire has a diameter of 30.4 inches vs the 245 with a diameter of 30.5 inches. Other dimensions were identical.

Any thoughts?

Our 2015.5 TB has 215/85R16 tires. The Laclede #2317's are the proper size chains for the 215/85R16. (I have a set) Curious if LTV/Mercedes changed tire size to 245 after 2014 or did you upsize a bit when replacing tires?

I was about to suggest that maybe Mercedes had made a change in the tire size when I decided to do a sanity check on my tires - you are correct and I have the wrong size chains!

Glad I didn't actually get myself into a situation where I seriously needed them and discovered this the hard way. Now I am scratching my head over how I came to the conclusion that our tire size was 245/75R16
