T1N heater core replacement instructions

Does anyone have step-by-step instructions how to replace the heater core?
I have searched several threads here but found nothing specific.

To remove the core you need to evacuate the A/C system as the complete HVAC system has to come apart.
Its a 5 hour job to do this.
