Stopped here for the service and I sat in the waiting area from 7:30 until 2:00. For an oil change. They didn't really seem to care. I'm no expert at anything mechanical and especially the Sprinter. I know there are other things to check besides the oil but this was just too long. No loaner offered, no shuttle offered. Just sit and wait.
