12V A/C

Just bought a 2014 Airstream Interstate and due to extremely hot summers here we are planning to install an additional A/C instead of the maxxair fan on the roof, which should fit perfectly.
I found a 12V A/C from Webasto which requires an additional compressor to be installed on the sprinter's engine.
Our main concern is routing the the 2 cooling hoses between the the A/C and the compressor.
Any ideas on best routing options preferably without removing any of the factory installed furniture/decorations?

To the best of my knowledge Outside van uses Kingtech DC A/C units- i would look at those.
