esparparts.com trouble?

Anyone else have trouble with Esparparts.com?
A few weeks ago I ordered online and shortly afterwards Paul called me to make sure I had ordered correctly (it is apparently easy to order the wrong parts).
All good, right? Wrong.
Nothing has ever arrived. I emailed them and called them a few times. Only got voicemail or no answer.
I just called again. Nada.
I have both their main number and the number to Paul's desk.
Anyone else having trouble with them?
Anyone having success with them in the past week?
Not only am I out $300, I have two buddies waiting weeks to get their espars fixed.

Assuming that he's tits-up... call your credit card company and get your money back, as you should be protected.

I ordered some parts from them in December. I didn't hear from them for about two weeks, until i called and asked what the status was. He told me it was ready to ship, and gave me a tracking number the next day. All in all it took about five weeks to get a glow pin screen and tool. I thought it was pretty ****ty service...

Ok, so I'm not getting anything from them and it looks like they didn't charge my credit card. But I still need the gasket and fan/motor. Any suggestions as to where I can purchase them?

Just ordered a D2 kit and muffler from Lubrication Specialists. 2 confirmation emails and shipped with UPS tracking email within 24-hours.

Paul from Esparparts.com called me this AM after he saw my post. He is trying to get things straightened out and I agreed to give him a second chance. So I will keep the forum updated.

As a small business owner, I can understand unforseen circumstances. But it's always best to keep customers informed, even if it's not something they want to hear, like a delay.
