Baja LSD Diesel and my NCV3?

I have a 2007 NCV3 Sprinter and I want to drive it in Baja Mexico next winter. The problem is: Baja doesn't have a reliable supply ULSD. My question is: Can I modify the van to accept the LSD which is more readily available in Baja?

The van is way past its warranty, so I don't care about voiding it with a modification to the exhaust or fuel system.

Thanks for the help, Jim

If I recall correctly, the big driver for ULSD in the US was the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).

You can get a tune to delete the DPF and disable the EGR valve (probably a good idea), but you'll need to remove the filter media (replace the housing with straight pipe or something).
