Brakes on T1N - Quality Rebuild & Front Bearings

Hi I recently discovered that my left front calliper has not been gliding properly and it destroyed the outer pad metal on metal no indication just grinding started. I have Brembo kit from https://europarts-sd.com/item.asp?PID=2542. Tore into it today to find both Dual calipers have holes in the lower piston cover and they dont look good inside so looking at the Bosch replacements for 16 inch on europarts. What luck do you all have with these parts? I think they are rebuilds. left one was sticky on the slider - but im thinking a new caliper will fix that. Is it worth just rebuilding mine_ I dont see an y pits or srapes thru the holes in the rubber - But my experience if they have been open there are issues. looks like $70 bucks in parts to rebuild vs the $149 on the europarts site.

Should I also replace the brake line rubber since im in here? They are only 24 bucks. Not leaking just wondering if im opening another can of worms with breaking a line off or something if they ceese. Is there any restriction to flushing the system with a harbor freight style break pump? Did not know if mercedes does anything on that side.
ALSO - Wheel bearings - My van has 225k on it orig hubs I think. They have a very slight tiny bit of play is that normal - both sides are same and just a little resistance on turn with out rotor on them. I dont want to do those unless you all feel they should be absolutely no play and bearngs may need attention.

My rear emergency break is non existant - but rear breaks look like thy are at 50%
Thank you!

My van is similar age. I replaced all brake hoses and serviced the wheel bearings, cleaned, inspected and new grease. "While you're in there."

Thank you! Tom2Turbo I ended up putting on new calipers and flushed front with new hoses with my hand mytyvac. I cant seem to pull a vacume on the new calipers though to pump it thru? Does any one have a apecific trick and process to bleading the lines on these? I was planning on pulling new thru the rears too altough im not replacing them.

Tom - Do you know the bearing torque process? should their be any play or normal small amount of feel of play on the bearings.?

I like pressure bleeding with this:

Intersting - Is that OK for the sprinter and does that come with something that fits the master cyl cap with it??
It is designed to fit perfectly and works very well. It does take some time, but is a one person job.

Bearing tightening is simple:
Tighten nut to very slight pre load, removing play and setting bearings.
Back off a bit
Tighten nut to no play, spin the wheel so no friction on bearings like almost none.
I have been thus adjusting tapered roller bearings these past 60 years this month. Time flies by.
