I recently purchased one of the 80 amp ANL fuses used by the T1N Sprinters (on their battery-mounted power distribution block).
It was almost $10 from the Dodge/Chrysler dealer (over the counter).
Of the 5 fuse sizes in that block, they only had that one size.

Dick mentioned purchasing ANL fuses for the bolt on. The dimensions of the bolt on seem to be about 1-1/8 inch center to center:




The ANL seems to be about 2.44 inches - which is too long for the block:



Could it be that AMI is the correct series?

Thanks for the info in this post. I purchased one of the AMI fuse, $8.75 for two off of Ebay (Free shipping).
I ran a 4G wire from the solenoid under the driver's seat up to the battery to finish an Aux battery install.

sorry to revise an old thread. PO by passed one of the fuse links on the PDC. I want to replace the fuse link.

Are these types of fuses called AMi or MIDI/AMI fuse links. I have tried goolging the part numbers but keep finding myself back on the mopar part pages and no leads on eBay or Amazon sites.

Where are people getting these types of fuses? Can I find them at my Autozone or Advanced Auto parts?

As nobody has answered...

Local auto parts stores are unlikely to stock them. I bought a couple at the local Dodge dealership. I would expect any MB dealership should stock them.

These will likely work. The tab holes may need some custom alteration using a rat tail file.

old thread but these are common on boats. Search amazon for a MIDI fuse or swing by your local West Marine or Bass Pro Shop

Hi does anyone know where I can get a replacement distribution box. My was all corroded when I purchased and when I went to run an aux btry in the back it all came apart. Yikes. Went to make my own but the junction block I picked up from west marine seemed to not pass the amperage specified and started to melt.

The Power Distribution Block is Dodge # 05103829AA (MB #A 003 545 35 01)
The plastic cover for it is Dodge # 05103749AA ( MB # A 001 545 41 03 )

Per figure 8-505 in the 2006 parts catalog (yes, i know the picture says "underseat")
The above-listed fuse numbers are shown as fitting into it.

The Power Distribution Block is well built and generally has good service life.

If the new parts are no longer available you should consider looking to scrapped T1N's. The same fuse block is used on all models of NAS aka NAFTA T1N's 2001 - 2006.
