Do NOT bring your Sprinter van here - The work they performed on my van was terrible. I brought my van here while travelling through Edmonton based on the positive reviews, but my experience has been the exact opposite.
They significantly overfilled my oil, to the level that triggered the dash warning. When I checked the dipstick, it was well above the upper limit as well. Upon bringing it back to the shop to correct, they said it was only overfilled by "a couple millimeters" which was an outright lie.
I also paid The German Tech to drain and replace my transmission fluid. However, a few months later, I had my van in at a different shop that works exclusively on sprinters for some unrelated work. During their inspection, they found that the transmission fluid was extremely dirty and looked to be at least 80,000 km old. When I told them that I had it drained and replaced less than 8,000 km ago, they said it wasn't possible and that the service wasn't performed at all or it was improperly drained.
The German Tech does not stand behind their work and takes no accountability for their deficiencies either - It took significant effort to get them to reduce my invoice by $100 (on a $2,000 service) in relation to overfilling my oil and they won't even respond to my concerns related to the transmission service that they failed to correctly perform, but charged $700 for.
