2025 Adventure Van Expo Schedule

As far as these events go, do vendors typically offer discounted items by any chance? I was hoping to go to Big Bear this year :cautious:. But may now consider the one at Ventura and Costa Mesa

I have gotten some really good deals on things at Overland Expo in the past. Vendors absolutely have show prices on things. Not everyone, but for example, when I bought my Dometic fridge, it was directly from Dometic, and was something like 40% off.

I don't go to them often, as a lot of the stuff there is bougie shit I don't see a point to. Like, the titanium wine cooler for your Earthroamer is very nice of course, but that's not really my thing. Or a Skottle.

I was there. Seemed like a pretty good attendance to me? :idunno:

On the other hand, it's only 3 1/2 hours from Olympic Valley, Tahoe, so kind of redundant.
Well… in So Cal we had SJC, Big Bear, and Ventura last year. All within 3 to 3.5 hrs from each other (Depending on traffic of course).
I believe SJC has always been biggest attendance, Big Bear good attendance too but definitely down some last year compared to ‘22 and ‘23.

I’m totally bummed no big bear event this year. 🫤
Btw, the last 2 years appeared to have more vendors than the ’22 expo. More real estate was used overall and it didn’t appear vendor space sizes grew.

There’s a thread for SJC event here:

Hey I’ve got no dog in this scrap.
I posted possible reasons, that’s it.

I do find it interesting you just posted about a scratch allegedly caused by the removal of the sign hours later.

But whatever.
Get a new sign and move on.

Was my first time at this event and it was nice but was surprised at the lack of food vendors.
I also didn't see many vendors selling anything. I was able to see a few fellow ytubers including moonraker which was nice.
