T1N Sprinter Engine Block Immersion Heater Location

I bought an aftermarket engine block heater from Amazon but I'm having a hard time finding where it goes. The red arrow is blocked by some metal stub (looks like hex, but its fairly rounded form factory) and there are two blue plastic plugs (freeze plugs), but which one do i use?

Any help is appreciated, thank you so much!

You might get away with a 6 point metric socket. 21/22 mm
Usually we use a Snap One round nut socket for removal .
Not for the feint hearted but an air chisel with exhaust splitter chisel works the best.

The RED arrow in your photo has threads. The plugs noted by your blue line do not have threads.

A removal tip.
Drain off the block by removing the "S" hose from cooler to block.
Once drained, heat the plug with a MAF gas torch.
This will liquidize the the thread sealant making it easier to unscrew.
