Hi all, I wand to document build of the passenger van transformation for commute, travel, and occasional sleep for the family of 6.
As a family of five who camp, bike, ski, boat and do outside recreational activities we outgrow family size SUV within 4 years. with bike racks / Thule boxes and coolers under child legs.

Van start Life as new passenger all in - 1,5 half years ago with plans of travel 5 sleep 5.

However plans changed and family get bigger, so all was postponed for a year. Now it suppose to be tight squeeze of drive 6, can have a nap 6 when u lazy to put the tent, and in the hurry for the next 1000 miles.

1. Obviously wheels and tires was the first thing to cover Falken 265/70 r17 on Black Rino Stadium

2. Followed by bike rack (converts to ski rack) for 6

3. then after of bunch of travel, suspension became and issue, after long consideration with agile (requires A/C Line modification, that suspension installers do not do, and u need to go to A/C people), Van Compass dropping the bomb -> rally-struts, so we decided to lets goooooo!
All around falcon and baha reinforcement

4. Ecoflow package: Solar 100w + 400W + Glacier + bunch of different sized power stations allow mix and match inside and outside of the van power need to supply fridge, charge portable devices and in future mini starling etc... Since all portable and not installed to van chassis, I do not count as a wan mod, more like must have equipment.

5. Now to the plans for the following project:
- 800w ecoflow charger
- Install bed behind 3 row, with ability to extend over 3 row when head rest removed (theory suggest sleep 3 boys)
- Inflatable from seat mat for the from row 1 adult and infant
- inflatable blocks under legs of second or 3 row 1 adult
- Rack swing https://www.velocirax.com/collections/all/products/axis-hitch-adaptor
- Ecoflow portable air conditioner so we can survive that sleep
- Awning fiamma
- Roof rack for the recovery gear installation and ladder (either side or portable) , I believe side will not consume space inside, and recovery gear inside not needed, besides fire extinguishers

Typical set up regardless of the car we travel: food/ shower/porta-potty/regular sleep/etc.
- we cook all food outside using gas stove / fire wood / or induction heater from power back, because of space, and smell
- we carry rinse kit that allow portable shower, wash food and all cover water needs, earth typically is a grey water tank
- heater for the water either I boil, or will buy idle heater from tins kit
- We usually sleep using which in time consuming to unpack and pack back in the morning, so that we have need to sleep in the van on the go.

- porta-potty obviously seat/bucket and back or campsite assisted
-we typically camp on facilities with water and restroom due to 4 kids, so we do carry base minimum drinking and rinsing water.

Hope the following thread will help someone to enjoy outdoor and life.
