I've got a 2wd 311CDI 2008 sprinter with a camper fitout - it feels heavy but I haven't weighed it. It's got about 300,000k on it so its a bit tired. It has single leaf springs at the back and the transverse leaf at the front. The wheels look concentric with the wheel arches it doesn't appear sagged.
I want to lift it 2 inches. I keep mangling my water tank mounts in the centre of the vehicle because the ramp-over of such a long wheelbase is really low.
Is anyone aware of an Australian supplier of lift kits? Or a reputable overseas supplier with reliable affordable shipping? I have all the equipment for self installation.

I dont fully trust airbag helper spring kits, though that would be a lot easier. Let me know if you have a positive experience with airbags and think its a reasonable option.

I thought I'd look again and my own post was the newest hit. I guess I'll give the boss airbags a go and use them for levelling when parked too. Oh well.

Our 2007/2008 315 ex-ambos had the dual rear springs, however, the springs were not for extra load capacity, but for ride handling under no load. Our December 2007 build 318 ex-ambo has the extra load capacity option of 3880kg with a single leaf spring.

See if you can find a wrecked 416 as it has the 4 ton suspension. Or a suspension business that has replacement springs for the 4 series. West Coast suspension has replacement rear springs here in Perth, so I guess other companies would have them. I added the Supersprings international add on helper spring to my NCV3 316 2wd LWB. Worked well with the 2" lift.
