Seized motor?

Hi kookin,

All up 30k. approx; from new radiator backwards.
Alternator and starter from old engine, everything else (hoses, clamps etc) new with 2 year Merc warranty.
I'm sort of OK with this.....
Transmission said to be good.
Just need to check diff (in Perth).
So then all 3 major components (engine, trans and diff) should last a while.....

I know it's a case of coulda, woulda, shoulda - but that's the final decision!!

So, the repair shop contacted me yesterday.... the new engine from Germany has arrived.
Unboxing today and start installation.
Should be under a week, then a bit of testing.
Looking forward to the next few weeks - been a long wait.
