Finally found a source for non-bio diesel in Cedar Rapids, IA:

Confirmed with proprietor today that it is really non-bio diesel. He says he specifically orders non-bio and pays more because it is not subsidized by the government. I pay about 0.10 more per gallon here than other stations in CR.
